Da Vinci Robotic-assisted surgery or robotic technology is the top-tier surgical technology in modern medicine and it is used particularly for urology, gynecology, general surgery, ENT, thoracic surgery and cardiovascular surgery procedures in Turkey, but especially in outstanding centers of the U.S. The technology is distinguished by specific privileges for surgeons and patients and it is, now, one of the most successful surgical modalities used to fight cancer at global scale. The imaging system that is the first part of the robotic-assisted surgery method operates according to the principle of laparoscopic surgery.
