Born in Istanbul in 1988, Abit Bakistanlı completed his undergraduate studies in Business Administration with a focus on English at Doğuş University.

He embarked on his professional journey at Marmaris Selen Hotel from 2000 to 2010, followed by a tenure as Management Trainee at Medicana Health Group from 2011 to 2016. During his tenure at Medicana Bahçelievler Hospital, he actively participated in roles such as Cost Control, Assistant Procurement, and Management Training. He was pivotal in managing foreign patient processes, overseeing tasks such as obtaining medical histories and translating medical documents into English, including epics, radiology reports, and surgical notes. From 2016 to 2020, Abit continued his service at Medicana Health Group as the Central Budget and Planning Responsibility. His responsibilities included designing, monitoring, and controlling hospital annual revenue budgets.

Since 2020, he has been serving as the head of Budget and Planning at Medicana Health Group, demonstrating proficiency in English. Mr. Bakistanlı is married and a proud parent of one child.
