Mr. Yılmaz graduated from Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine in 1995. He received his Master's degree in Microbiology from Hacettepe University, Faculty of Medicine, Institute of Health Sciences, MBA double major in International Marketing and Management from Yeditepe University and Master's degree in Management Organization and Healthcare Management from Anadolu University.

He has worked in senior positions in leading international and national companies in the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device industry in effective roles in Organization Management, Strategic Planning and Project Management, Marketing and Sales Operations. As a lecturer at Bahçeşehir University and Bilim University Faculty of Health Sciences, she taught undergraduate courses to students of the Department of Health Organization Management.

Between 2016-2021, he served as Assistant General Manager at Göztepe Hospital, Director of Current Revenues at MLPCARE headquarters, General Manager at Mersin VM Medical Park Hospital and General Manager at Maltepe VM Medical Park Hospital in Medical Park Healthcare Group. After serving as CMO and Executive Committee member at Florence Nightingale Health Group between 2021-2022 and General Manager at Lokman Hekim Istanbul Hospital between 2022-2024, he joined the Medicana family as General Manager of Medicana Kadıköy Hospital as of May 2024.
