Born in Istanbul in 1969, Reha Özkaya completed his undergraduate studies in Labor Economics and Industrial Relations at Istanbul University Faculty of Economics in 1991. He also holds Total Quality Management, Business Specialization, and Business Audit certifications from the same university.

He has served as an Editorial Director and General Publishing Coordinator for various magazines and newspapers, worked in Hospital Management, and has a background in Radio and Television Programming and Economic Journalism. He researched these fields and published his articles in various outlets.

Reha Özkaya worked for 16 years at Medical Park Health Group Hospitals, actively participating in various roles during this period. These roles included Corporate Marketing and Communication Coordination, General Management, Budget and Efficiency Coordination, General Coordination, and Board Membership.

He undertook responsibilities in the establishment, operation, and management of Sultangazi, Fatih, Bursa, Bahçelievler, Göztepe Antalya, Van, Elazığ, Tokat, and Ordu Hospitals within the Medical Park Health Group. Additionally, he played a vital role in the establishment and management of Ümraniye Atlas Hospital and Küçükköy Duygu Hospital.

Reha Özkaya implemented organizational plans focusing on system, process, and efficiency adaptations. He mentored General Managers, Deputy General Managers, and Managers from various regions. In addition to his professional engagements, he has actively participated in numerous national charitable organizations. Married with three children, Mr. Özkaya continues contributing to the healthcare sector and beyond.
