Yusuf Çebi completed his undergraduate education in Mechanical Engineering at Karadeniz Technical University.

He began his career as the Production Manager at İ.M.A Engineering. From 1995 to 2006, he served as Divan's Director of Technical Services. Between 2007 and 2012, he was Director of Technical Services at Acıbadem Health Group Kozyatağı Hospital. 2012-2015, he continued as the Technical Services Coordinator at Acıbadem Health Group. Serving as the Assistant Director of Technical Services from 2015 to 2016, Mr. Çebi then took on the role of Technical Services Coordinator at Bilkent Integrated Health Campus from 2016 to 2020. In 2020, he assumed the Director of Facility Maintenance and Operation position at Başakşehir City Hospital.

As of 2023, Mr. Çebi continues his dedicated service as the Director of Technical Services at Medicana Health Group.
