Mrs. Durmuş, who completed her undergraduate education in Industrial Engineering at Bilkent University in 1997 and her master's degree in the Sabancı University Executive MBA program in 2005, is pursuing her doctorate in Marketing at Yeditepe University. In addition to these educational achievements, she graduated from the Cleveland Clinic Global Executive Education Program in 2015.
Her professional journey began as a Product Manager at Abdi İbrahim Pharmaceuticals from 1998 to 2001. She then continued as the Education and Sales Manager at Christian Dior from 2002 to 2005. Subsequently, from 2005 to 2009, she held the Prestige and Premium Brands Category Manager position at Procter & Gamble. Between 2009 and 2012, she served as the CMO and Executive Board Member in charge of Marketing at Novartis Pharmaceuticals.
From 2012 to 2016, she took on the Marketing and Business Development Director and Executive Board Member role at Memorial Health Group. In 2016-2017, she served as the Marketing and Business Development Director at Acıbadem Health Group. Since 2019, she has been fulfilling the Marketing and Business Development Director role at Medicana Health Group.
Mrs. Durmuş is a founding member of the Medicana Innovation Office and has been serving as a mentor in the Sabancı University Executive MBA program since 2017. She also provides training in Strategic Marketing Management and Digital Marketing Strategies at various universities and organizations.
Mrs. Nazan Durmus is proficient in English and Italian.
